I’m a LIP and my ex husband has failed to file his S25 statement and updated financial disclosure as per the Court Order - 4 weeks prior to FH. I sent him mine last week along with my disclosure / it is now 3 weeks before the FH. I also sent him a hard copy recorded delivery to his home address to cover all bases. Since I have become a LIP he has taken the court process even less seriously. He has never done anything on time, refuses to disclose everything etc. I am of course worried as I’ve been waiting for the FH for 7 months and can’t have it adjourned as it’s just been such a shadow over me. Shall I inform the Court now? He has had a week since receiving mine? I’m hoping the FH will go ahead and an inference made by the Judge as to why he has failed to provide. Clearly he has no needs in relation to the matter. It took me weeks and weeks to compile the S25. Many thanks.
