If it is an in person hearing you could take 3 x copies of the documents to court and ask the judge to consider them. If not email to the court with a header giving date and time of the hearing as well as case number.

I guess a lot depends on what's in them, how relevant they are and also the reason why they are so late. If the hearing is not a last minute one with very limited notice I imagine the court may wonder why legal advice was not sought sooner. That said if the contents are material to the case, you could ask for an adjournment if needs be. The request to consider your supplementary bundle should be dealt with before anything else. NB whatever you submit should have a court header, index and page numbers and ideally be accompanied by a concise position statement setting out the relevance of the documents.
