Hi there,

Hoping someone can help.

Received my initial divorce paperwork from my wife which I need to sign and send back by the end of the month.

I notice that it says "The applicant is intending to apply to the court for financial orders for the applicant, and for the children of the applicant and the respondant"

Is this anything to worry about so I shouldnt sign and return the paper work or is it normal, as she states?

Thanks

Select all items. You can then not apply for that if you decide so.
