First hearing went ok , as much as expected not much happened so not just waiting for the next step now in another few months ! hopefully ex will relise now that he has to provide for the children and that he can not think pleading poverty will work, he expects us to end up in a council flat ( no disrepect to those who are ) but he should be and able to provide for his children . Oh well at least now i can have a relaxing weekend !!
