FEELING EMPTY

your right i am fiesty and strong thats why i find the duvet days so hard to handle!
i try to fight it but sometimes i just am so overwhelmed.
it has been along time since i had a real laugh,
and yes wonder what price this is having on my health.
you are right i wont let the b*****d get me down!
im getting up in the morning going to the gym and am going to be positive about the future

I'm new to this - you sound like you're doing well now, particularly losing weight that always makes us feel good and going to the gym or any exercise is just the best for feeling good. I have been belly-dancing for about 5 years on and off and I find that's a great way to meet new people and keep fit - my belly dancing friends have certainly helped keep me sane through a very difficult 3 years.

I get alll your feelings, its horrible and I also feel just playing a role in long play, it dosent seem real
I know its so bloody unfair when they continue or even better life than when together while we struggle on with the kids and emotional baggage
I know im depressed but will work through it as need to wake up to the reality of it all
