topaz thankyou so much you have given me the gift of belief that i can carry on.my bankruptcy hearing is on tues and now he has stopped paying maintenance i know this is what i have to do .

my stbx, has done everything possible tried to get house repossessed making me and kids homeless, i have had threats off her new partner, been followed by her, been intimidated by them in public. the thing is not to rise to it it puts you in control as you are not acting with the reponse they want. i am at my first hearing today, no doubt her partner will be there staring at me, it does bother me but i wont bite. once it is all over things may change as i will have a few scores to settle.
