DragenOnnn,

It is very hard and even when you don't feel it consciously, the depression gnaws at your body and mind.

I found that counselling helps and it also helps to ask for and accept help.

I got nothing from trying to deny the fact that I was affected and kept trying to do the right thing in the face of repeated malice.

More than once it just became too much. I am better now because I accept that I am not a macho man but have feelings that have been harvested, threshed, mangled and spat out by my combine harvester of an xtb.

It will take time to get myself together and I have no universal solution to follow. The only advice I can give is to make time for yourself, cut out as much stress as you can and talk to the professionals.

Goofy,

Lack of concentration could be a sign of stress. Please do not dismiss the idea of going to a doctor.

I wish you both the very best of luck.
