Don''t assume you know how things are going over there. You don''t. Life happens and maybe it''s great and maybe it isn''t. Most likely it''s ok at best with ups and downs. But really, know that eventually you probably won''t really care.

I can feel your pain and it''s awful. So take care of your self first and then your daughter.

Good luck!

I have to agree with Canuck. You dont know how things are going with him. Getting promotion means more hard work and they move the targets up. So it gets a lot harder. No one gets anything for nothing these days. Sometimes I think its better to stay where you are.

Nothing is ever as it seems. Keep the faith. You will be allright in the end. Stay strong. C.

Just to add my support to you as well.((((Hugs))).
My ex took great delight in taunting me about the upcoming Easter holiday as "it''s great to get a break from a full-time job,"(He knows that I have been trying for ages to get a job and leaving the house at silly o''clock with my 10 yr old to get any supply teaching I can.)
But I have a gift worth far more than money- (said daughter) and the support of our grown children and extended family, his and mine:)
He has.... his partner and her family to support and pay for and....?
Not all mugs hold coffee.
Relax, your time will come-it won''t be all sweetness and light for him (but he probably won''t admit it!)
