Maybe they were that person in the first place and put on a front or were on some kind of ''best behaviour'' when in our company. As we cannot read their minds, what people are actually thinking and what they are outwardly expessing are 2 different tings. Of course if they are not in our company all day they might lead a split life.
Thats why they suddenly change when they leave and show their real colours.
