I got ill from it too it''s awful so I''m totally understanding how u feel but I think we need to push for this divorce..the both of us do need to learn from the OP eh? Else we will end up with their debt while they no doubt feel from it it and rack it up again ...

Fgs what''s wrong with people that they truly don''t care about others??

This is a worrying read...can this only happen because you jointly own assets like the family home so a debt company can attribute the debt to it?
