That has to be the best word to describe this process.

Yesterday I felt calm and optimistic about the future. This morning I am so low and just feel completely empty.

These moments should hopefully become less frequent but when they come it is just so hard.

Have a nice Friday folks.

Hello.
I''m on the same rollercoaster. Sometimes it takes my breath away.
I started it, I was like a charging horse. Now that the adrenaline has ebbed it''s very frightening. Have I made the right decision? Will I always feel like I should have tried harder? That horrible "choice" that I made. 9 out of ten days I''m good, confident and sure it''ll be pk. Then it hits me.
I can''t go back, I must keep my head down and continue. But I don''t like this ride!!
Why did I ever think what I did would end well,?!!

It is hellish.

I am on the other side of the coin from you but I know it is hard whether you were the one to leave or not.

Just keep going....I am sure it will get better.

You are most definitely not the only one on the rollercoaster!

This stuff is tough, really tough. I only know it from one side of the fence but I really do appreciate that for your it must be hard as well taking the decision to leave.

None of this is easy. Just post whenever you need to. I have found this place really useful and there are some great people who will be ready to share their experiences.

Chin up.
