I work for myself but had to push hard to kick myself as by setting a goal is a starter. Plus the pandemic has played a big part as the camera came out as I was walking around empty London it was great but still working but spending some time out. for me, the Texts/messages that still come through it's been 8 months and I'm on page 54 of A4 a novel come to mine out of pages 54 would say 2 that are mine.
