My husband has today told me he is leaving , no other party involved, just wants to be on his own. He will leave me with no savings and no ability to keep my house going so will have to sell asap. My question is would I have any claim to any of the money inn his savings account.. We do not have joint bank accounts. He gives me a monthly amount for all bills food toiletries drinks etc and I pay all this out of my account. we have been married for three years. any help appreciated. thanks.no children involved.
