My stbx is sitting on 118k in cash I have nothing
Is there such a form or order I can file to ask for an interim payment to help me live until the court makes a decision
My stbx is using this as a tactic to wear me down and her lawyer has told her not to enter into any kind of agreement or part with any cash

What you are talking about is maintenance pending suit.
I am not sure if it can be paid out of capital. There was a recent thread on mps that had a helpful link.
