Heading to FH part of a very acrimonious divorce and need to make some open offers to a very narcissistic stbxh who is determined to punish me for finally plucking up the courage to end our draining marriage. He hasn't contributed a penny to dcs for over a year.

Really keen to get a sense of what could expect, knowing fully well that it's all a guess!

Ages: W39 H52
Length of marriage plus cohabitation 11yrs
Incomes: both self employed standard 10K/yr each
Children ages and arrangements for them 5 & 7yo, 65/35 split (me/him)
Market value of former marital home: 700000
Outstanding mortgage: 400000
Size of FMH: 3 bed flat
Pensions - CEV and type - negligible (about 80K each) on both sides so have agreed to waive
Other assets - savings, valuables etc - in sole or joint names - no savings/valuable. 5 BTL properties (joint equity - £400K for 2, and sole - him - 550K)
Debts/loans in sole or joint names - 100K (me) & 200K (him)

He's offering £350K & Clean Break.

Net assets minus debts worth £950k

So he is proposing you have less than 40% of the marital pot, with you being the primary carer?

He sounds just like my ex!

He's refused my offer of 52/48 in his favour!
