We have been divorced for 2 years and i have been living in the family home for the last 4 years since he moved out paying the mortgage and all other expenses on my own.

He has been living with a new partner for the last 2 years and they have a business together.

We were together for 9 years total 7 years married and 2 years before.

We have 2 children aged 4 and 7 who live with us both 50/50.

The house has around £150,000 equity and neither of us has any other assets.

I live on income related ESA and tax credits due to physical disability and he earns between £9k and £15k a year with his partner earning £25k.

I would like a Clean Break and to be able to buy a suitable flat for myself and the children which would cost around £115k.

What would be the likely split from the house sale?

You might squeak in at £115k. The court would need to be satisfied that you couldn't rehouse for less though. One third to two thirds is usually as unequal as most judges are prepared to go. That would limit you to £100k.
