Hi

I have filled the calculator in and the result is a 70/30 slit to me.
I am currently homeless living at my son house.
My wife is in our £400,000 house.
We have a holiday home in Spain where I could stay until we have a settlement. My wife has leased it out on a 6 month tenancy just to stop me using it.
I have a hearing 24/07/18. Trying to get occupation order. I own 50 % of the property in Spain. I have not given permission for the property to be rented out. The only way i found out was when my management company rang me saying they could not get in because there was someone in the property.
I am currently not working due to ill health. My wife earns £60,000 and has a £500,000 pension Civil service golden pension. We have been married 13 years and are both 55 with no children. So is 70 / 30 correct ? I am happy with 50/50 ??

Hello

Sorry you are going through this - it sounds incredibly unfair. Recommend you meet with a solicitor asap.

The calculator is pointless and you should take no notice of it. Think it's just click bait to bring people in. But you find yourself here so maybe a good thing.

You really need a solicitor. Get a recommendation for a good one not just a local one, I made that mistake.
