I was married for 12 years decided to get divorced, I own a house purchased 5 years before the marriage on my sole name, i have a 80year old father who have multiple illnesses gave me his house which was to sold to purchase this one with the view he always stays with me. He has always lived with me. My wife has a home abroad and has various assets such as valuable jewellery etc. She went away for 10 months to our overseas home now wants to come back to the uk home which disturbs my father and me.
