Hello,

I’m looking for advice about what kind of split of assets I should expect or hope for- here are some details.

Me: 50 years old, £13k salary
Him 52 years old, 60k salary
Children ages 13, 9
Married 19years but living apart for last three
Main asset is family home with approx £450k equity

I didn’t work throughout marriage and now have care & responsibility of our children.

Thanks in advance

Where does everyone live now?

How big is FMH?

How much do three bed houses cost by you?

What other assets are there? A £60k income suggests a pension.

What is your income with benefits added on?

What CM is being paid (or from your other posts agreed to be paid) as that will re-balance the incomes to some degree.
