Hi, does anyone had an experience following an overseas divorce over 4 month marriage with no children and only 2 months cohabitate.

Basically, I have non matrimonial assets in the UK and a son with special needs with late wife.

I was only married to the applicant for les than a year and only cohabitate in less than a year. No contribution during the marriage by the applicant whatsoever and she already lost the 1996 family act.

Any ideas how is this likely to play on settlement giving that her UK visa was cancelled following the separation and divorce and she had lied to the court based on facts.

Kind regards
Celo
