we have son 11 and daughter 7
With 60-40 split in wife favor, she would get £257k to put down for 2 bed property, she could have small mortgage 28k (£100 per month) and we could have Clean Break
she would be eligible for Universal credit as well

If we both agree on this split, can court still reject? and if they reject, do they normally inform you so that you can ammend the split?
