Although I am representing myself I have taken legal advice and my solicitor says I need to hand "The Wife''s note" to judge at my first hearing. What should I include in that?

Is there a note from your wife to you that you showed to the solicitor? I think there may be crossed wires somewhere...

No I am the wife! but when I went to see a solicitor for advice she said on the day of the First Hearing I should hand in a sheet with "wifes notes" basically outlining what had happened including mediation, my position, asking for pension sharing etc. Does that help?
