I`m n the final throes of filling in my form D8pettion and statement of arrangements for children.

A solictor has drawn up a Consent Order draft for me.My stbx seems to be in agreement with what is in the consent order.

At what point do I submit the consent order? Or do I just get her to sign it and keep a copy? Does this go to the court later?

Do I have to submit it as part of a financial order to the court?
