I''m at the point of applying for a Decree Nisi as the Petitioner and i''ve received letter from the court saying ....''district judge is not satisfied that the petitioner is entitled to the decree sought because respondents signature on Acknowledgement of Service not properly identified in the statement''.
what do I need to do. I have visited 2 CAB and they gave conflicting information. Please help.
