Hello,

My STBX and I have agreed upon how we wish to proceed with our divorce.

We''re attemtping to keep our costs down and will probably use the Wikivorce online divorce process which also covers the Consent Order.

I understand that the courts want to see that you have both taken legal advice and was wondering if we both simply use the 1 hour legal advice service from Wiki, would this be sufficient?

Thanks

Hi Koplegend,

One of you should buy the Consent Order package at £139, to have the CO drawn up by our qualified solicitors, and the other should use the Consent Order Advice package, at £99; which provides legal advice on a proposed consent order and assistance in completing the Statement of Information form.

This would be sufficient for the Courts and is something that many couples are doing so that they can keep their costs down but at the same time receive proper legal advice and assistance with the Consent Order.

Why not call the helpline for more details on 0120285520
