Hi all,

I don''t know if I have posted in the correct forum but I''d like an idea if these are enough for grounds of divorce?

Does it matter that I''ve mentioned things before the marriage but while we were together?

I have lots of other examples of unreasonable stuff but I want him to agree....

1. Since 2009 the Respondent has shown no interest or affection towards the Petitioner. He has indicated by his manner and behaviour that he has no wish to spend any or little time with her. This resulted in a separation in June 2012, when the Respondent returned in August 2012 the Respondent assured there would be improvements, neither were able to rebuild the marriage.
2. The Respondent suggested on 3 separate occasions to move address since the marriage in August 2011, the Respondent moved the Petitioner on 8 separate occasions since May 2009, this continually made the Petitioner feel stressed and unsettled.
3. Since the relationship started in 2009 the Respondent has held 6 jobs, one in which the Respondent was dismissed from, this made the Petitioner feel unsettled and financially insecure throughout.
4. In September 2012 the Respondent did not want to socialise with the Petitioners family and rarely wanted to partake in social arrangements, the Petitioner felt ostracised.
5. During 2012 the Petitioner suffered two miscarriages, since the miscarriages the Petitioner and the Respondent have been unable to reconcile the marriage.

My solicitor advised me to depend on examples of UB from within the last 6months. Otherwise the case is weakened as you have ''lived with it'' for an extended period, so Im not sure you could use examples from before the marriage.
