Hi all,
A quick question, does anyone know if a judge can sign on behalf of my ex husband, I am going back to court as he is refusing to sign the deeds of property over to me having already signed the mortgage to me. The court order was made July 2012! I thing he is in contempt of court if he refuses - am I right?? Thanks for any repliesxx

Does the court order specifically say the house is to be placed in your sole name? (with the mortgage company)

I was wondering what would happen if my x didn''t complete the TR1 (transfer of ownership) I was told that even if he doesn''t sign it over, as it is in a court order the court can require the deeds to reflect the order made. May be cheaper than taking him back to court for contempt.
