Courts rarely help explain anything and some of the guides are woeful, as is the new divorce app, a waste of money.

You can get round it with careful wording in section 6, but how were you to know, or anyone else for that matter.

If only I`d left it just a little longer I could have legitamately said 2 years seperation by virtue of having actually lived in different homes.
