I have initiated financial proceedings on my STBX. I think that having seen what lays ahead for her/us, she is now more receptive to the idea of agreeing a Consent Order between ourselves.

Does anyone have any experience with using online resources to do this?

And, what advice generally do you have for this sort of situation?

We have been at this for several years, having separated in 2008. Six year old daughter, and not much in terms of pension or savings to split, certain amount of debt however.

The key is having an agreement, once you have the consent order is quite easy.

What is very important is that it is actually a solicitor that writes (drafts) the order.

Wiki only uses solicitors which is why i used them, i don`t know of any other online service that only uses solicitors, buyer beware as they say.
