Hiya,

My husband has petitioned for divorce and I have responded.

Have just received an email from his solicitor asking if I am completing a statement of information. When should this be done? Where do I get the forms from? and is there anything else I should be doing?

Thank you.

A statement of information if the form that you submit with a draft Consent Order when parties have reached an agreement in relation to finances. I take you you haven''t spoken about finances let alone reached an agreement?
