To include in a separation agreement

You are doing the right thing, those who separate decide not to divorce right away and have no Separation Agreement, well its a recipe for disaster.

The list you have is pretty much all you need, so your including stuff that can be sold for cash, worth more than lets say £500 sale value, life policy''s need to be included if you have any, bar that it seems fairly comprehensive.

pfft. Draft agreement arrived. 2 of the 3 main areas were completely missing.

I was expecting to pick tiny holes in wording, not remind them to include 1)pension equalisation and 2)childcare arrangements.

Spoke to someone there, who just said ''we don''t include childcare arrangements''. I pointed out the page here on Wikivorce saying that they do, and she just said ''well it''s not legally binding''. I said I understood that, but that they advertised it as an option. She replied ''we don''t advertise, we just do legal work''. ??? Eventually she said that it''s not usual, but that they would include it.

Very generous of them to include something which they advertise and that was in the questionnaire I sent. At this point I''m losing hope/faith.
