Hi

i wondered if you could take a look at my UB reasons? I am trying to keep them "soft" so not to ruffle his feathers as i am doing this DIY style although the solicitor did mention to add in a paragraph about if he contests them that further evidence can be submitted but i am not sure how to word that?

sorry for the typing i have done a cut and paste job.

THE RESPONDENT CONTINUALLY ISOLATES HIMSELF FROM FAMILY LIFE AND REFUSES TO ATTEMPT TO PARTICIPATE IN FAMILY LIKFE LEAVING THE PETITIONER FEELING ABANDONED

The Petition and respondent do not have any common interests and rarely SPEAK to each other in the latter part of the marriage, AND WILL NOT EVEN discuss any issue''s regarding the child making the Petitioner feel isolated and lonely.

During the latter part of the marriage the respondent cannot engage in discussions without resorting to accusations, dragging up the past, which the petitioner has become increasingly resentful of and found it draining and completely unreasonable.

THE RESPONDENT CONTINUALLY CRITIZISES MY FRIENDS AND CONSIDERS THEM TO BE LIVING IN A SOAP OPERA CONSTANTLY TELLING ME THAT YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE FRIENDS

THE RESPONDENT CONTINUALLY TELLS ME THAT I SHOULD SEEK MEDICAL HELP FOR MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES WHICH I DO NOT HAVE BUT WHEN CHALLENGED HE THEN TELLS ME THAT I AM FINE AND SHOULD BE DOING NO SUCH THING BECAUSE HE SAYS I AM FINE.

THE RESPONDENT REFUSES TO DO ANY SHOPPING FOR FOOD OR COOK ANY FOOD FOR FOR THE FAMILY EVEN WHEN THE PETITIONER HAS BEEN AT WORK ALL DAY AND THE RESPONDENT HAS BEEN AT HOME ALL DAY.

THE RESPONDENT HAS CONTINUALLY DISRUPTS THE ROUTING OF OUR AUTISTIC SON UPSETTING HIM IN A MORNING AND THIS HAS A KNOCK ON EFFECT AT SCHOOL ALSO CONTINIOUSLY REFUSES HIM TO TAKE PART IN PRE-ARRANGED ACTIVITIES JUST BECAUSE THE RESPONDENT IS AT HOME THAT DAY..

Thanks

THE RESPONDENT CONTINUALLY TELLS ME THAT I SHOULD SEEK MEDICAL HELP FOR MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES WHICH I DO NOT HAVE [BUT WHEN CHALLENGED HE THEN TELLS ME THAT I AM FINE AND SHOULD BE DOING NO SUCH THING BECAUSE HE SAYS I AM FINE.[ don''t forget to state how this behaviour has made you feel - an specific example would be helpful

THE RESPONDENT REFUSES TO DO ANY SHOPPING FOR FOOD OR COOK ANY FOOD FOR FOR THE FAMILY EVEN WHEN THE PETITIONER HAS BEEN AT WORK ALL DAY AND THE RESPONDENT HAS BEEN AT HOME ALL DAY.Has he always refused, or has this been something more recent? Don''t forget that you should only use behaviours which have occurred during the last 6 months or so of having lived together as husband and wife.

I''m due a lunch break soon, so will see if I can re-word some of your paragraphs. Please don''t use block capitals on your D8 - it''s not required, and you can emphasis your points without them.

I should also say that these are very mild as I really don''t want to ruffle his feathers too much at this stage if I put down the true reasons one for example is waking up in the night to find him trying to have intercourse with me groping and biting me might send him off the scale so I am saving those for reserve
