Hi I am I correct in thinking that anything over £500 is classed as a marital asset? If so does this mean the £2000 yes two thousand pound road bike he has just bought himself will have to go into the pot??????and this is from a man who apparently doesn''t have to provide for his child!

It would need to be declared as an asset as would anything else with a value above £500.
