Stbx served by processor 2 weeks ago letter from his solicitor followed they have not responded to Petition court day to file for judge to pass without his signature anyone done this? I really want to get this moving and not play his silly games

Just an update last time he filled for divorce and took 9 weeks to put the papers in after our joint meeting with solicitors don''t want this to happen again due to my mums illness
