Hi my partner ticked the wrong box on the Petition he ticked 2 year desertion instead of 2 years separation the court sent a letter back that he should renew the request for Directions for trial and the petition will be re served will he have to fill out a new petition in triple again and how much will it cost again as he''s already paid £410.00 if anyone can advise

Hiya, I think the fee to file an amended divorce petition is £140.
