Sorry to be a pain but my second question over filling in the divorce petition. I am applying for a divorce which I have stated on the frontof the petition. in part 10 section 1 it stats that the marriage/civil partnership be dissolved and does not mention divorce. I assume that I tick this option?

Sorry for being a pain but thank you.

Abbie

Yes, you tick the box next to the marriage option - you are asking that the marraige be dissolved, ie for a divorce.
