I am hoping to submit a DIY divorce application and really would like to get it sorted this week.
I am using what money I have to pay my solicitor to do the financial settlement as that will be complicated - the divorce will be straightforward .
Anyway what do I put in part ten ?
I am gathering the funds to pay for everything this week and decided to put divorce papers in this week ( £410 court fee ) and next month I have to pay my solicitor up front to do the financial settlement ( £3000 but I like her ).

So what do I put in box 10 ?

The man at the end of the phone at Wikivorce said just tick everything ????
Im not sure about that at all ?
TIA x

The man on the phone was right.

Tick all the boxes (bar the first one - unless you wish to apply for interim spousal maintenance). Doing this will enable you to get a Consent Order later on. Not doing this will cause issues and complications.

Yes, if you have dependent children; as I said in my first post - Tick all the boxes (bar the first one - unless you wish to apply for interim spousal maintenance).

The adviser on the Wiki helpline has already been through this with you ;)
