Hi I have managed to download a D89 form to issue the divorce papers but I don''t know how much they cost or where to go next. do I fill them in and send them back to the court. If so where can I find out about the fee? or do I have to find someone to serve the papers. if so what do I look for? thanks

A D89 is to request personal service by a Court Bailiff - are you sure this is the form you need?

The fee for this is £110.

Fill in the forms D89 and return them to the court. Send them with a photograph or written
description of the respondent. The court bailiff will be asked to deliver the petition and other documents to the respondent personally.

Just out of interest, what grounds did you use in your petition?
