I applied for divorce and recieve my D8 form and also notive of petion i have now recived the respondents petion back on he had put no to question 5 `Do you consent to a decree being granted` now what do i do

Did you agree the Petition with him before submitting it? The chances are that he objects to something in the grounds you have given - perhaps one of the examples of unreasonable behaviour, if that is what you are using - and you will need to negotiate a change of wording.

Can you give any more detail? Presumably he hasn''t indicated (at Question 4) that he will defend?
