Hi,

I understand that on form D84 Question 7, I need to explain the domestic circumstances of the time that we were separated and living at the same address.

Where do I explain this? Do I need to do it on a new sheet of paper? How do I label it?

If anyone can show me the format for answering this question, it would be a great help!
