I have received the questionnaire from my wife''s solicitor in preparation for the 1st hearing in four days time without any instruction from the solicitor.
Question:
Do I post my answers to him, does he post his answers to me? or take them to the 1st hearing?

the judge will order both sides on what to asnwer at the FA. until then I would not do anything.
