Hi all

I am planning to do my own divorce (except the financial court order part).

Does anyone have any advice of what I should be careful of?

Thanks

Ensure that the information you enter in the petition in relation to the marriage certificate matches *exactly*. If you have to amend a petition it is excruciating and costly.

Write the names exactly as on the marriage certificate!! Mine came back because the registrar has used a mixture of caps and lower case and I had only done caps for the first letter of the names!!!!
