hi, i have filed for divorce and my wife has recieved the papers, she told me the day she recieved them that she will be contesting the divorce, since then she has told me that because the divorce papers were issued in her Maiden Name they are void because she changed her name by Deed Poll back to her maiden name although i have seen no evidence of this, will she need to repsond to the papers or do i need to pay again or can i ask the court to reissue them in here maiden name, has anyone experienced this please?
