I ve confused about the date I need to write on Decree Absolute form..Our Decree Nisi date is 19/08/19.6wk+1day date is 01/10/21019.
is the date decree nisi date ?
or after 6w 1 day date?

You write the date the Nisi was pronounced, which you say is 19/08/2019.
