Seperated Jan 2018-Following 15 year marriage. Two children. Some mild DV and agressive arguments from H. pre seperation and post seperation. I initally lived in family home with children until sold and assest from sale split between both parties. Both parties now own(mortgaged)houses. child maintenance paid by H to me through CSA contested by H on several occassions. Refuses to pay any extra for children. Children through court order stay with H 2 nights per week. I filed for divorce early 2021. Currently at Decree Nisi stage. Now at stage of seperating finances. No daily finances to seperate. H has stated previously would try to obtain pension. I am NHS (18+ years) he is civilian police (12yrs). This is the only outstanding asset.
I am hoping he will agree to a Consent Order to waiver all rights to each others pensions etc. Although current likelyhood is he will go for share of pension.
Any advice much appreciated.
