My ex has decided to get a divorce online and is asking me for the amount of money I get from benefits I'm on. Do I need to share this as we have been separated of over 5 years and I have no savings or assets of any kind so nothing to share just worried about giving him more information due to our history

If they apply for a financial order you’ll have to exchange details at some stage but that is some way off.

Has he given you all his details yet?
