Thought I was finally getting somewhere but turns out I'm no where near.
Forms were returned in January stating my ex had acknowledged and confirmed the case can proceed.
I had named a third party and the judge asked for this to be removed and for me to apply for a Decree Nisi with forms D84 and D80A.
I sent those off around April.
I then received a letter 2 weeks ago saying I had only ticked the box for decree Nisi and not decree Nisi to divorce.
I've had the forms reprinted and I'm at a loss as to where this checkbox is to tick for decree Nisi to divorce. It's not on either papers.
I want to get this sorted asap but don't want them write back and say I've done something wrong again for about the 20th time.
