Hi,

With the help of Wikivorce I got a Decree Nisi Consent Order in 2016 and a conditional order was issued to sort finances, which was all complete. However in error I didn't submit for Decree Absolute after 6 weeks.

I have recently applied for decree absolute via D36 / D11 forms and have a court hearing in a few weeks. The court paper word reads:

"It is ordered that

1. Department work and pensions order re : petitoner
2. Hearing is listed on notice to all parties to attend.... etc etc

Question I have, is it standard for DWP to be involved in these hearings?

Paperwork also has been down as peitioner when I am the applicant?

Many thanks.
