my ex is refusing to pickup our child over 50 miles where i work near my family he is abusive and i dont want him comming to mh i want my mum to do the handover he has refused contact this week due to this am i being unreasonable?:(or is he just being selfish and bullying? what is the court likely to say I also do a handover with my other child in this area (no problems)my ex also is asking for an oernight stay which i am not happy about as my baby is only 18 mths please advise iam worried sick

When my ex and I initially split he could only pick up the youngest from my late fathers house.

When he decided that I was being \"unreasonable\" because I would not allow contact from my home - my lawyer stopped all contact ( through proper procedures due to his DA past towards me.)

Albeit my children are a lot older than yours but the principle is the same.
