Mediation was created by MrsMathsisfun
My partner heard from his solicitor today that his STBX might withdrawal from mediation because according to the mediator, my partner is unwilling to participate.

This is completely untrue. My partner is happy to go to mediation but just stated that he had made a lot of concessions already.

The mediator had stated that the meeting was confidential so how come his ex knows what was said?

What do we do now?

Perhaps it would be best if your ptr sent the mediator an email? Something along the lines of 'My solicitor is under the impression Ms X has not confirmed her attendance at mediation ...as stated I am willing to particpate...can you let me know what the position is...'.
